In order to implement the reform of "delegating control and serving foreign exchange", further strengthen the cleaning up of foreign exchange management regulations, facilitate enterprises and individuals to understand and implement foreign exchange management regulations, and promote trade and investment facilitation, we hereby inform the following about the effectiveness of some normative documents or provisions on foreign exchange management:

1. The 14 normative foreign exchange management documents whose main contents are replaced by new documents and which are inconsistent with the current administration shall be abolished. Please refer to attachment 1 for the catalogue.

2. The three foreign exchange regulatory documents whose application period has expired or whose adjustment objects have disappeared, and which have actually become invalid, are declared invalid. Please refer to attachment 2 for the catalogue.

Iii. Modify relevant provisions of some normative documents on foreign exchange management. See annex 3.

This notice shall take effect as of the date of promulgation.
