In order to support the development of integrated circuit design and software industry, we hereby announce the following corporate income tax policies:

1. For the integrated circuit design enterprises and software enterprises legally established and qualified, the preferential period shall start from the profit-making year before December 31, 2018. The enterprise income tax shall be exempted from the first year to the second year, and be halved from the third year to the fifth year according to the legal rate of 25%.
